MEET Erin

Hello!

My name is Erin and I'm thriving in my chaotic 30's. As a mother of two and wife of 10 years there are no days that are relaxing or calm. I recently got my gallbladder taken out and it started me on my health journey of taking care of my body. I believe in holistic medicine, but do go to the doctor for professional advice. I want to be able to share with people and let them know that even in the chaos things will get better.
